WAYMANS IN EUROPE

Newcastle, Australia 6 December

So we make the trip down to Sydney Airport and board a plane tomorrow. Fun times ahead!

London, England 7 December - 10 December

We are visiting Jamie's Italian! It is going to be awesome! Jamie! Also I am making it mandatory to visit one of Brew Dog's London bars.

Paris, France 10 December - 13 December

We thought about not going to Paris after recent events, however we thought what are the odds? We are looking forward to cheese, wine, and food.

Lucerne, Switzerland 13 December - 16 December

Lucerne looks beautiful. We plan on going tobogganing at Mount Pilatus and a day trip to Interlaken.

Freiburg, Germany 16 December - 18 December

Start your engines! We pick up our hire car here in Freiburg. Watch out Germany and France! From here we will visit some less touristy areas of Alsace and the Black Forest

Strasbourg, France 18 December - 20 December

We were going to stay here, however it was hard (and expensive) to find accomodation, so we are staying in Sasbachwalden across the border and exploring Strasbourg from there.

Sasbachwalden, Germany 18 December - 20 December

Sasbachwalden is a little German town in the Black Forest. We found it by moving the map around in Airbnb out of frustration. It looks very picturesque.

Augsburg, Germany 20 December - 22 December

Augsburg is a little town 40 minutes out of Munich. It looks pretty cute and has christmas markets so we are staying here. This is where we part ways with our car. Bye car!

Munich, Germany 22 December - 24 December

Josh's list of things to do here consists of one thing - drink beer. We will be doing more than just drink beer though. We plan on visiting Neuschwanstein castle which is a day trip from Munich. It looks like there is magic there.

Salzburg, Austria 24 December - 27 December

White Christmas in Austria! Be jealous Australia!

Vienna, Austria 27 December - 30 December

Apparently Vienna is similar to Melbourne. Interesting. Anyway, Megan and I are looking forward to exploring the Austrian capital.

Budapest, Hungary 30 December - 2 January

Megan wanted to do something a little bit different so here we are! New years in Budapest! We are staying in the trendy neighbourhood are are looking forward to living like locals for a few days.

Copenhagen, Denmark 2 January - 6 January

I really wanted to go to Copenhagen. Not entirely sure why. I think because of all the food, bikes and general skando vibes.

Paris, France 6 January - 7 January

We are staying at a hotel next to the airport for our flight out. Not the most glamourous of finishes.

Newcastle, Australia 7 January

Back to the land of Aus! Well it has been fun but I guess you got to come home at some stange. In our case it was because we ran out of annual leave.
